Why do I see him? What is he trying to tell me?

Ever since my boyfriend died, I've been seeing him. It makes it so much harder to move on. I've had things move in my house, I've smelled his colone. I could swear I hear him call for me and feel him around me. I see him sometimes too. Is he trying to tell me something, is he stuck?.

You are lucky.  I would give anything to see my husband here with me, to hear him call me, to be able to talk to him.  I have no desire to "move on" and will never do so; for me, being able to see him and hear him and speak with him and touch him and feel him would be a blessing.

I don't know if there's an afterlife or not, but if there is then I don't believe your boyfriend is "stuck", he's probably just trying to let you know he still exists and still loves you.

I think you need to look at him being around you as a way to help you cope. This morning my mother passed away, and if there is one thing she taught me its that once we enter the Spirit World, we are always around watching and looking over the ones we love. He knows you love him, you always will, and you seeing him or smelling him hearing your song play on the radio, those are all ways of him letting you know hes looking out for you and with you no matter what. I really do believe our loved ones that physically past come back to let us know everything okay, its hard, but everything is okay.

Assumptions

An assumption is an unexamined belief: what is thought to be true without ever really realizing that we think in that way. For better or worse, understanding starts with entertaining the idea that something is true.  Truly profound thoughts generally come to light from the relaxation of these (flawed) assumptions.  This is where I find myself today...Perhaps, one of the more significant drivers to pushing down the loss and grief at the time of the accident, ignoring it and mindlessly walking…See More
