I took my blood pressure pill ugh dizzy light headed:
The loss hits home when a loved one is taken off bank accounts,what about driver lic renewal Oh Social security stops the checks. Well you get the idea I mourn the loss of my wife awful flashbacks. Umm sadness
It took me a while to give some of her clothes to Goodwill. I got myself to toss some food in the garbage she bought.Oh it was good she feed me well.I had a weight gain since she passed (working on losing it)I just couldn,t cook it No it was all good. It reminded me of her (food) I have been ignoring grieving over her loss. I find now grief if is rearing its ugly head. So get through it do the best you can.One sure sign her loss and how it affects me is an immense wave of fatigue hit me thurs .I went to an appoint but couldn,t make it thru the rest of the day. Iam trying so hard to adjust I don,t think it happends right away.After 35 yrs with the same woman ,same habits,connections etc . You just cann,t change that like turning off a switch.

Hi David. So many things change and each one pulls up the hurt so it feels as raw as the first day. Sucks!!!! This spring there was some things come up at our bank that needed me to deal with and put into my name only. I did really well right up until the final appointment where the investment agent had to read a declaration that I then needed to sign. As she read "my husband, Tom L..... died July 1st 2011" I completely lost it right there in her office. My head knows it's true but my heart refuses to accept it completely.
