Hello,

I too lost my daughter of 24 years about 8 months ago and miss her everyday. There are days that my body hurts and I just can't find the strength to get into the shower. How are most of you taking care of yourselves? I do get out sometimes but lately I have been feeling anti social.

Sandy, my son at 34 died over eight years ago.  I still just hurt.  I do work which has saved my life -- just to get out of the house.  I exercise, I rescue animals too many).  Tomorrow would have been his 43rd birthday.  I swear, I still don't get it.  But in the meantime, my purpose is to save animals.  I had his three too.  Sending all I have for you.

Thank you Jill. I haven't been on here for a month. Mother's day was Sunday. How are you?

Being the Other Woman/Other Man

This is for anyone who has lost their lover to death and you were the other woman/other man in their life. We have to grieve in silence. I can't find any support groups and feel like I'm the only one going through this situationSee More
