Don't grieve alone; 14,000 members and growing
This is turning out to be one of the worst weeks of my life! For a very very brief moment , recently, I thought maybe things were a bit on the "upswing". I felt a lttle better. But then ...the bottom dropped out of everything! My best friend who is sick with a terminal illness is losing the battle. Another friend of mine ended up in the hospital in a coma. The doctors don't even know why! They are going to do a biopsy of his brain to try to find the reason. He is also in critical condition. I am just worn out. I went into the store to shop the other day, and I broke down crying and had to just leave. I am so, so tired. The way things look tonite, I may be wearing black by the end of the week...

I am sorry to hear of the hard times you and your friends are going through. I wish them and you strength and recovery. I know if hurts a lot more on some days than others. I too was starting to feel, can we say normal?, just for a brief moment. I was trying to accept things for what they are and move forward with my life. I guess trying is all we can do. Guilt and lonesomeness kick in and here we are again. Being the silly humans that we are, yearning and hurting for what we can no longer have. Yesterday and today feel especially tough for me, knowing tomorrow is the 1 year anniversary of when my life was flipped upside down. I sucked it up and came to work, although i really dont want to be here. Anyways, I just wanted to tell you that you are not alone. We are still here and grieving with you. I wish for your friends a speedy recovery and I wish for you to continue to be the strong lovely Felicia that you are.
