Not looking forward to to august mom died aug 12,82 dad died aug 24,82 and my birthday is aug 15. ialways wish the month away. but this yr even harder because on the 14will be 5 months since my son died.

Barbara, I completely understand what you mean because I feel the same way about the month of March. I call it the bad month. In 1960 my mother passed away 3 days before my 13th birthday and was buried on my birthday. My husband's and my birthday r 5 days apart in March, my son wedding anniversary is March 13, the same day as my birthday, and it was on a cruise this year that Chris passed away suddenly on March 21st while celebrating his and his wife's ninth wedding anniversary. I can never again see the month of March as anything but sad and a time of loss. I pray that this August will be better than you fear.
