About Me:
I am 32 years old. Studied Architecture but shifted my career towards stage design and art directing.
About my Loss:
My mother passed away 10 weeks ago after a 10 month battle with Vulvar Cancer, she suffered through most of the illness and I was her caregiver because my father was also sick and I was living at home with them. I have always had a very close relationship with my family, especially my mom, so there was a very close bond between us. Even though I was prepared for what was coming but when I lost her, I have been feeling devastated since. 7 weeks after her passing my father passed away after a two year battle with an incurable lung disease. I am an only child and I was left orphaned with so many responsibilities which are breaking my back. There are days that I feel like I cannot carry on anymore...

Assumptions

An assumption is an unexamined belief: what is thought to be true without ever really realizing that we think in that way. For better or worse, understanding starts with entertaining the idea that something is true.  Truly profound thoughts generally come to light from the relaxation of these (flawed) assumptions.  This is where I find myself today...Perhaps, one of the more significant drivers to pushing down the loss and grief at the time of the accident, ignoring it and mindlessly walking…See More
