I am so sorry for the loss of your husband and best friend. My husband died in a similar way...one minute everything was fine, we were going about our normal routine and the next minute minute he was dead. A year has passed since my husband died (11/12/2009) and the pain is still unbelievable. You never stop missing your best friend and your husband's death was so recent. I'm glad you found this website. I have found a lot of support here. While I still struggle to heal, I have learned that people have well meaning advice, but there is no "right" way to grieve or time table for your grief. Do what feels right for you. God bless you and please write to me anytime.
