Finding someone who can relate

Just wondering if someone can relate to what I wrote in the "about me" section. Did it on my phone. Need to make some correction, but it makes sense.

About Me:
I don't want to write everything in the loss section because I have situations in my life that I'm trying to deal with. Almost 3 months ago I lost my grandmother from Parkinson's. She wasn't just my grandmother, she was my mother. She helped raise me and she was the only mother I knew. This in itself is a very difficult situation for me to deal with because I have been taking care of her for about 5 years. I took care of her while I went to school and worked. In 2007, my boyfriend of 7 years was diagnosed with a rare cancer. So not only was I taking care of my grandmother I was dealing with someone I loved very much fight to live. Early June, exactly 2 months to the day we found out my fiancé (now) has new tumors that have arises in the heart and lungs. He already had a rare cancer to begin with, but now the very same cancer he was diagnosed with has come back in a very rare place. He is fighting to live. His cancer is very aggressive. After almost 10 years of being together we had decided on a date to get married and had started the planning. When we first got together I was 16 and he was 17. I couldn't have for anybody better than him. He always understood how important my grandmother was to me and never made me feel bad for taking care of her even though people are age were going out and partying. He not only helped with her, but he has helped my family as well. I feel like I was hit with train and I haven't recovered from my grandma's death to in turn get hit even harder with the cancer situation. I'm upset for a lot of reasons. I had this picture in my head of what my life was going to be like and now I have no idea.

"Welcome to the group.  I lost my partner on February 5th this year, so it's still pretty raw for me too.  Reading through your story really touched a chord with me.  Like you, I didn't think I would ever find a group like…"

Being the Other Woman/Other Man

This is for anyone who has lost their lover to death and you were the other woman/other man in their life. We have to grieve in silence. I can't find any support groups and feel like I'm the only one going through this situationSee More
