You have posted yet another lovely poem with a beautiful background.  I expect expressing yourself this way must be very therapeutic.  Yesterday I went to the Spiritualist church for spiritual healing and as I was receiving it I tried to meditate putting myself in a room which was all white and with windows all around. In this room I imagine I am sitting in a white rocking chair. Yesterday when I did this Mark came into my room and said to me " where is this place Jen?" When I asked him if he was happy and was he sorry he disappeared backwards through the place he came. I do not know whether I imagined this or it really happened but I have been thinking about it continually.  Next Saturday I am going to the Church's open day and I am making an appointment for sitting with a medium I am trying not to build my expectations up incase nothing happens. Since yesterday I think I do feel a little peace in my heart.  Any break from the heart ache and despair is welcome.

Loving wishes and thank your for wonderful words.

Assumptions

An assumption is an unexamined belief: what is thought to be true without ever really realizing that we think in that way. For better or worse, understanding starts with entertaining the idea that something is true.  Truly profound thoughts generally come to light from the relaxation of these (flawed) assumptions.  This is where I find myself today...Perhaps, one of the more significant drivers to pushing down the loss and grief at the time of the accident, ignoring it and mindlessly walking…See More
