About Me:
I am a mother of two beautiful boys, ages 8 and 10.
I am an RN, but have not worked since my husbands death.
About my Loss:
I woke up one morning to find my husband deceased in bed next to me. I haven't grieved "normally" according to some people, and I'm struggling emotionally. I just want to get better, and be who I was before my husbands death.

Hi Amanda. I'm sorry for the loss of your husband. I understand what u say that u want to be the same person u were before your husband passed away. I feel the same. My husband Neil passed away 2 1/2 months ago. I haven't been able to get to work or even do most anything. I feel ill most days. I have a 16 and 21 yr old at home which motivated me to at least make dinners and do laundry. I miss my husband terribly, I miss my life with him. Everything feels different - everything.
