Hi Jo I would love to do an ecard but have no idea how to do it or where to go on line to make one for my daughter

Jo B - you are very smart with computers.  You have started two groups since I first met you, and I can't figure out how to start one.  I'm really proud of you that you were able to figure that out.  You are very smart.

Jo B - thank you for these four beautiful cards you posted since the last time I was on here.  They are all gorgeous, and for some reason the rain in them really moved me.  Not sure why rain is so touching to me now.  Maybe it reminds me of my tears.  Maybe rain makes me feel cleansed.  I'm not sure - but i love the rain.  I most especially like the view of the street in the little town and the dark forest scene.  Those moved me the most.  And, I like the rainbow one, because I saw rainbows outside my parents hospital rooms right before they died - both of them had double rainbows right before they died.  And, I like the rose, because a red rose is love and it reminds me of how much I love my parents.  Than you so much for sharing.

JO B - I'll be back to look more soon.  I just wanted to tell you that the pictures of the cemetary (I assume that is where your Dad is laid to rest) were very moving - it seems like such a peaceful place and the way you caught lighting really emphasized that.

Also, all of those pictures of the harbor, the river - is that where you live?

I also like the pictures of your cat - he looks like he has a half moustache.  That was cute.

All of the other pictures just made me feel better - all of the cards.  I looked at them all.  I will come back when I'm more up to it and look at them all again and read the poems.  They helped me today though.  Thank you for that.

Thank you JO B and Tthuy NTran for all of the wonderful pictures you have posted here.  I have been depressed for months, but as I was going through this first screen of pictures all of the beautiful pictures made me just start crying - I'm not sure why, but at least I'm releasing some of it now.  I'm gonna go back and just look at all of the pictures now, but I want to thank you both as you have contributed the most pictures and they are all so lovely and helpful.

Assumptions

An assumption is an unexamined belief: what is thought to be true without ever really realizing that we think in that way. For better or worse, understanding starts with entertaining the idea that something is true.  Truly profound thoughts generally come to light from the relaxation of these (flawed) assumptions.  This is where I find myself today...Perhaps, one of the more significant drivers to pushing down the loss and grief at the time of the accident, ignoring it and mindlessly walking…See More

Sibling Loss

This group is for anyone that has lost a brother or sister. Sibling loss is often minimized and people don't realize how devastating losing a sibling can be. I lost my older sister and my life will never be the same. She was my only sibling, I looked up to her, I went to her for everything. I lost my past, present and future. It is traumatic.See More

Triggers Continue to Surface

Late February is a challenging time of year for me.  Jen’s birthday is the 23rd and serves as an annual reminder of all of the potential that was lost…Her’s (mainly), mine, the world’s honestly.  This year she would be 52…It is increasingly hard to imagine, through all of the iterations possible, what she could have become, what was to be her (significant) impact on the world. That being said, things, emotions, have largely settled down since I committed a potential version of what could have…See More
