About Me:
I am a lost soul
About my Loss:
I have been with my boyfriend for 8 years, we worked together and we did everything together everyday. He was my right hand,my counselor,my strength,my soul mate.
This past Saturday he got up went to go to the bathroom and fell and started having a seizure. I panicked and laid him down flat and called 911. I ran to get the neighbor because I didn't know how to do CPR. His heart stopped and we couldn't get it back again. The took him to the hospital where he still lays, he won't wake up because he was without oxygen for too long.
I am completely devastated!!!! Every time I close my eyes all I see his him, his lifeless eyes looking through me. I feel guilt that I wasn't fast enough, that I couldn't help him. I can't sleep, I can't eat, I feel so lost like I am in a fog.
Can someone please try to help me!!!!

Assumptions

An assumption is an unexamined belief: what is thought to be true without ever really realizing that we think in that way. For better or worse, understanding starts with entertaining the idea that something is true.  Truly profound thoughts generally come to light from the relaxation of these (flawed) assumptions.  This is where I find myself today...Perhaps, one of the more significant drivers to pushing down the loss and grief at the time of the accident, ignoring it and mindlessly walking…See More
