About Me:
Lost my husband of 16 months to suicide on September 1st 2010.
About my Loss:
Husband was troubled and hated himself. He used various addictions to cope with his secret pain and that made him feel worse. It was a terrible cycle. I tried to help him by encouraging him to see a therapist and join 12 step programs. He did very well for a while and then fell off of the wagon and murdered himself.
