Thank you so much for your comment, I am still having such a hard time with all this...we are now having issues with my sisters house (our family home), he decided (after my sister made sure it was ok with us for him to stay there) he doesn't want the house and is selling all her things and the house (since in Colorado everything is his cause they were married) but i do think it's for the better, that way I won't ever have to see him again. But if we want "anything" of my sisters we have to buy it from him...so sad, my sister wouldn't want this....at all :(
