Still grieving after 6+ years

Has anyone out there experienced a loss a long time ago and having trouble moving on?  I have not posted since my spouse died - 2015 - and I posted in 2016.  I would love to connect with like minds about this.  Maybe there are more of us?  I go on with my life - have had some trauma with health issues - but continue to be involved in the world.  I'm a pianist and practicing for a final (6th) CD; I connect with family and friends over Zoom etc. I volunteer, etc etc etc.   I am blessed in so many…See More

About Me:
Retired psychologist, painist, film lover, lover of books, theater, art, conversation, good food and gentleness and understanding and my spouse used to say that I lived in a cave because the world is not like that!!!
About my Loss:
Lost my spouse of nearly 40 years while on holiday in Europe. Devastating and continues to feel unbelievable. It has been 7 years and I cannot seem to adapt or adjust to this devastating loss.
