About Me:
I’m new to this and have never tried this before, I’m 28 and currently suffer with panic attacks and depression.
About my Loss:
I lost my dad when I was 14 years old through heart problems and pneumonia. 4 and half years ago my mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer and died in January last year.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a blog but here goes. I’ve been having a really hard time lately, I lost my dad when I was 14 and my Mum last year to terminal cancer.
