Hello. My name is sara. So on the 18th of feb at exactly 3pm my grandad passed away then at 3.02pm my nan died. They were involved in a massive car accident. And they were gone. That day change my life forever. Slowly i managed to get to a point where i wasnt so sad and in shock and angry anymore..i was just so sad they were gone. 5 years has passed. Then on the 14th of july 2017 my life again dramticly changed in a matter of hours. My brother went missing. He had mental health problems and needed help. My brother was found the next morning and he was gone. I dont know if i can cope with another trormatic event in my life. Help

Oh, my Gosh Sara. I am sorry from the bottom of my everything. Car accidents are absutely awful and Suicide is so incredibly, desperately painful. I am so, so, so sorry.

Are your parents still on Earth? How old was your brother? There are others here who have dealt with similar situations. We are surviving these things together. A lot is asked of us when tragedy strikes.please keep holding on.
My parents are still here. My bro was 31 and was struggleing with mental health.
