About Me:
I'm married, have two children - 19 year old daughter and a 23 year old son. I come from a big family - of 3 girls and 3 boys.
About my Loss:
I just recently lost my mother to cancer on February 17th. She had cancer 25 years ago and was cancer free for 22 years when she was once diagnosed with cancer. She fought cancer the first time so I figured she would fight it this time. I love her so much and miss her lots. I am fine during the daytime but when I come home and think about her I cry.

Hello Maria ,

I am sorry to hear about the lost of your mother. I lost my mother February 18th to Multiple Myeloma, she went in what they called remission has her cancer was treatable but had no cure. That Monday she  was just find out shopping then that Friday passed away with my sister and I by her side, It has been a rough 2 weeks and 5 days. All I have been hearing is she is no longer in pain but need to communicate with someone  who knows hat i am going through.

Assumptions

An assumption is an unexamined belief: what is thought to be true without ever really realizing that we think in that way. For better or worse, understanding starts with entertaining the idea that something is true.  Truly profound thoughts generally come to light from the relaxation of these (flawed) assumptions.  This is where I find myself today...Perhaps, one of the more significant drivers to pushing down the loss and grief at the time of the accident, ignoring it and mindlessly walking…See More
