Don't grieve alone; 14,000 members and growing
Before sunlight can shine through a window, the blind must be raised. American Proverb
Here are some helpful suggestions.
1) Whenever I lose something I always say, “Nothing is ever lost” over and over. Then when I least expect it, the missing item suddenly appears, or a lost job turns into a new contact. When my son crossed over I immediately started saying, “Nothing is ever lost”.
What I discovered was: nothing ever dies. It only transforms. Pay attention for signs.
There is not one family in the whole world that does not have a family story of someone who had an experience with an invisible soul. These experiences are real and true. Some are big and some are small, like a breeze blowing bye. We just haven’t been used to sharing our stories, often because people were afraid that others would think they were crazy. You’re not crazy. These experiences can come in dreams, feelings, shooting stars, or signs in nature just to name a few. When you are thinking of your loved one, and you sense, feel, or see a sign, trust it. There is no coincidence.
Note: Some worry if they try to connect with the other side they will hold their loved ones back. We are just not that powerful or do we have that much control. Plus to truly love is to have no attachments such as: we need them to come visit, or needing proof, instead of needing we shift to trusting and simply carry them in our hearts.
2) Write down your stories before you forget. When you are missing your loved one read it. This is the beginning of building your new invisible relationship.
My heart goes out to you with compassion, remember to breath, take baby steps and be kind to yourself. Coach Louise Rouse www.planetarycoach.com www.americasgriefcoach.com www.thoughtbuster.com
