Searching my heart. Dad and Mom dead and my husband now gone1yr this month, no kids. So why do I have to do Thanksgiving? Whats the point?

I'm sitting it out again this year, Libbie. It's a lot of much ado about nothing, for those of us who are alone. Like Morgan, this is a bad time for me too, just try and duck until it's all over.

At three years (almost) I am deciding I have nothing yet to give thanks for in regards to celebrating. I haven't participated yet and it doesn't look as though I will this year again. In the past week I am watching myself pull inward. This is a bad time for me approaching a bunch of marker days up through January. Not ready yet for any of them.
