Sandy- I too feel empty. I'm exhausted but I cannot sleep. But I have to get up at 4 AM in the morning to do my job. I'm stuck in this nightmare that I cannot escape. Every morning when I wake up I remember what he used to say to me –" turn off the alarm, don't hit the snooze"-"I'll wake you up in 10 minutes." And he always did.

And that's what I say out loud to myself every morning when that stupid alarm goes off and then I realize....I am alone.

hi Sandy I'm George I just lost my wife in February and I can tell you I know everything you're feeling it seems to get harder everyday then easier but there are a lot of good people on this site with a lot of good things to say but if you ever need to talk just find me I want it off as much as possible I've pretty much alone here so there's not a whole lot I do you take care of yourself
