Our family lost my brother in law on Sept 5th 2012 after a month long pancreatic cancer take over. I say that because he was diagnosed on August 9th and told he had days to weeks. He had been sick and was being treated for an infection but when the pain got too bad he asked his wife to take him to the ER. He had no health or life insurance - so he put it off as long as he could stand.
We feel your pain . . .
We have found comfort from the Holy Scriptures. May I share some encouraging thoughts from the Bible with you?
(Isaiah 41:10) Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not gaze about, for I am your God. I will fortify you. I will really help you. I will really keep fast hold of you with my right hand of righteousness.’ (Isaiah 41:13) For I, Jehovah your God, am grasping your right hand, the One saying to you, ‘Do not be afraid. I myself will help you.’
May you have peace.
