I lost my daughter on August 8 2011. Becky had AML luekeima and also a flip 3 mutant cell in her cancer. She knew something was wrong in Oct 2009.She went to the doctors over and over again and they were always saying it was a virus. She went to cmmc in dec 17 of 2009 and asked to be admitted and they they did a totoal blood  diferential and there it was the cancer.Next morning Adam and the girls and I went to the hospital and got them checked out because of colds and fevers.I went up stairs waiting for adam to come get me and and when he came out crying I knew it was Bad,I went in her room and she said "MOM I have leukemia." we all started to cry but stopped and said we will fight and get you the best doctors and hospital .5 days later we were in Boston at womens's brighams. There they did all the blood work and reserch on this deadly cancer. Her Brother was her perfect match but yet the flip 3 cell hide from the chemo and radiation for almost 1&1/2 years. She came back with curly hair and looked so great! She faught hard toi get well during her 3 months in the hospital and her girls were growing up with mommy sick. But she came home and started to get better every day.It was very painful and a long process chemo and radiation take s so much out of you but she was 25.I will continue later.....
