Hello Stacey
I am so so sorry to have to welcome you to this group. I know the devastation and gut wrenching sorrow you are going through right now. I wish I could tell you it gets better. But it doesn't - you just learn ways to manage the grief and carry on somehow to make your child proud. The pain will subside with time as your mind lets the reality in you will deal with it a little at a time. I believe our spirits never die and that we will be together again. That is how I get by. I lost my son Daniel in a tragic car accident almost 4 years ago. He was 17. I want my son back every second of every day. My life is shattered. I can only send you lots of love and prayers and hope you can find some hope and support here. We are the only ones who knows ow it feels and are always here to listen.
