About Me:
Not much to tell..average woman who lives a quiet life.
About my Loss:
I lost my mom on February 6, 2012 we lived together and she got very sick and died at home. There isn't a day I don't think about her and hope that her soul has ascended to a familiar, happy and safe place. I guess I'm lucky to have been able to have told her how much I loved her and how fortunate I was to have had her as my mom and to not be afraid that her mom and all the people she missed will be waiting for her so don't be sad or afraid..I miss our talks and all the things we did together like going out of town to some silly casino or visiting my brothers and making tamales for xmas and going shopping or just mom making coffee cake and the two of us sitting and talking.

Assumptions

An assumption is an unexamined belief: what is thought to be true without ever really realizing that we think in that way. For better or worse, understanding starts with entertaining the idea that something is true.  Truly profound thoughts generally come to light from the relaxation of these (flawed) assumptions.  This is where I find myself today...Perhaps, one of the more significant drivers to pushing down the loss and grief at the time of the accident, ignoring it and mindlessly walking…See More
