About my Loss:
I lost my dad.. Aka my best friend.. Feb 21,2014... He had a massive heart attack... He was on life support for about 7 hrs before I got to the hospital.... As shocked as I was to see him in that condition I knew the right decision was to take him off... He lasted about 2 minutes...worst decision I have ever had to make!! my dad was married to a woman name Peg for about 15 years and she(prior to his death was diagnosed with dementia.... The had filled out health care proxy papers the prior year so I inherited her after my dads death....and I had to put her in a nursing home....
I'm not sure this is what you want to know about my loss....😔. I just know that Somedays I am so overwhelmed feeling sad and guilty

Assumptions

An assumption is an unexamined belief: what is thought to be true without ever really realizing that we think in that way. For better or worse, understanding starts with entertaining the idea that something is true.  Truly profound thoughts generally come to light from the relaxation of these (flawed) assumptions.  This is where I find myself today...Perhaps, one of the more significant drivers to pushing down the loss and grief at the time of the accident, ignoring it and mindlessly walking
