Karen, sweetheart - I do honestly know how you are feeling. There are so manypeople around you who need you so much. These dark days won't always be with you - that I can promise you. You will gradually learn to adapt but it takes time and patience. Patience with yourself. Life will never be the same again but it will be and your family will always need you.
