My name is Trey Osborn. my uncle's journey started several months ago when he was diagnosed with pneumonia in both lungs. After three rounds of antibiotics and really no improvement doctors took a second chest x-ray and found some sort of a mass. A few weeks later he had a ct scan which confirmed a mass on one lung and a partial collapse on the other lung. We were then told to see a pulmonary specialist. After meeting with the doctors, having blood work done, doing a breathing treatment and having a PET scan, it was decided to biopsy. after a 13 month fight he died at 54 years old. He wasn't Christian  He died on my Dad's 54th birthday. He is my dads step brother in law. My dad lost his dad when he was 11 from a heart attack. he was only 35. I just started my last year of college. I really need help getting through this year.

I am so sorry for your loss. God is the only reason I survived the loss of my daughter. I pray that God comforts you and your family during this difficult time. May he give you peace and heal your heart.

Trey, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I lost both parents one year apart.
And I know it is so very hard to lose a loved one. My thoughts and prayers are
with you. This time last year, I couldn't sleep, eat and was barely functioning.
I am a lot better, but still wounded by my loss. Time, and talking about your
loss as well as your feelings will help. I am here if you need to talk.
Blessings, Wendy.

Assumptions
