Jess, I know the hell you're in, at least as well as any other person can know. My husband died at age 40, one week after our wedding; we had been together for nearly 13 years.  I cannot offer any guidance, I just wanted you to know that you are not alone in how you feel.

Hi Jess, I'm so sorry that you are having to face that terrible grief. I am new here myself. My husband and son were killed in an accident together just over a year ago. I have no regrets in my relationship with my 16 yo son (weird, right??), but *plenty* with my husband of nearly 20 years. I can't relate to the soulmate part; I am grieving what never was. I can't imagine what ur going through, but I grieve for you.
